Health coaching discovery session
Lisa works as a health coach with a preventative approach to healthcare. Health coaching is about creating change through conversation, moving clients towards action, exploring one’s goals, motivations and ambitions and supporting and growing a clients mindset for change.

Health Coaching Starter Package
Health coaching is about supporting you to create change, and move towards action, explore your goals and motivations.
Instead of using a crash diet, or eating fad, a Health Coach works together with a client to create habits that are sustainable and realistic to your busy lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed and to actually reach your health goals once and for all.
Regardless of whether your health goal is to lose a certain amount of weight, get better sleep, lose the brain fog, increase energy, or to manage your health condition better, a Health Coach can definitely benefit you. With the vast knowledge base a Health Coach has, you are in the hands of a professional who wants to help you find the best solutions to your health struggles.
If you are ready to create lasting habit changes, skip the yoyo dieting, or manage your health better? Then working with a one-on-one Health Coach is going to be perfect for you.
What do you get?
12 Health Coaching Sessions either on the phone or zoom . These can be done 1 x week or 1x fortnight you choose.
You get individualized attention, you are listened to, and you have someone by your side as you implement, alter, and adapt these new health habits you are trying to put in place.
Calming & Wellbeing Lockdown Package

Stay on top of your condition. Gain a whole toolbox of strategies to manage your condition. Participants make weekly action plans, share experiences, and help each other solve problems they encounter in creating and carrying out their self-management programme.
- Online learning course to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes. Its a 6 week course (1 session per week) Healthy Behaviours, Nutrition, Action Planning, Fitness as Medicine, Smart Label Reading, Working with health professionals.
- Access to a client portal where you can; create wellness goals to track on a daily, weekly, or long-term basis. Food and lifestyle logging (workouts, measurements, selfies)
- An active group of like-minded individuals to motivate you and share experiences with.
21 Day Weight Loss Challenge
Learn how to establish a weight loss routine to achieve your goals, covering healthy behaviour, nutrition, exercise and more. You will receive instructional coaching, access to a client portal to create your wellness goals to track your progress.

Stay on top of your condition. Lifestyle self-management can significantly improve your quality of life. We will help you make sustainable changes. This programme covers topics such as techniques to deal with problems associated with chronic disease.
Learn ways to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation, safe exercise for maintaining and improving strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. Appropriate use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals. Healthy eating including the 3 levers of weight loss, smart label reading, healthy behaviour/healthy thinking, and how to evaluate new treatments for yourself.
Living a Healthie Life with Diabetes
Learn how to live a healthy life with Diabetes.
- Online learning course It’s a 6 week programme (1 session per week) designed for you to learn about diabetes. The programme is based on the latest science and low-carb and keto diet principles, which are the most successful in managing diabetes and prediabetes.
- Track – We’re going to ask you for your baseline health information. You will see some substantial changes of your blood glucose, waist measurement, weight and your overall energy levels.
- Connect – We’ll ask you to connect with and support others in the programme.
- Learn – It is based on the latest science and best practice and is all done online in a group as well as one on one coaching.
- Do – We’ve got recipes for you and food guides to follow. We make it really easy to do this.

Counselling 1:1
Nicole’s counselling is one of empathy, and close understanding with her clients. As a person-centered counsellor, the foundation she works from is the high intimacy of the client/therapist relationship, and the sincere dialogue between two human beings. Always safe, always ethical.
She has ten years’ experience as a qualified counsellor and is a full registered member of the New Zealand Association of Professional Counsellors.
Nicole specializes in working with older adults suffering grief and loss, caregiver stress, health issues, transition and change, elder abuse, isolation and loneliness, depression, and anxiety. She has also gained experience working with adults living with domestic violence, low self-esteem, anger issues and poor life choices.
